About The Position

This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Hobbs, NM. Job Summary : Responsible for the maintenance, mechanical functions and repairs associated with equipment, machines and vehicles at a Cactus facility Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities : Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Practices safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations. Performs a wide variety of highly skilled maintenance, as well as preventative and predictive mechanical work on shop machines, equipment and vehicles. Interprets complex mechanical manuals, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine troubleshooting and repair procedures. Disassembles, adjusts, repairs, replaces, and performs maintenance operations on a diversified line of work, including hydraulics, electronics, pneumatics, mechanical systems and other machines. Assists with the moving, relocation, and installation of equipment. Moves and stores hazardous materials in accordance with environmental and safety procedures. Follows lockout tag out procedures. Proceeds with minimal supervision. Education, Training, Experience : High School diploma or general education degree (GED): or minimum 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum two years’ experience performing maintenance, troubleshooting and mechanical work on equipment and/or vehicles Diesel experience required Certifications, Licenses, Registrations : None required. Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Working knowledge of Cactus Wellhead Products; Customer Property, Repair and Remanufacture; Customer Relationships and Networking; Equipment Troubleshooting of Cactus Wellhead and Other EOM Equipment; Infrastructure and Asset Management; Preparing and Evaluating Budgets. Requirements
