Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• A can do, will do attitude.
• A desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a highspeed industrial can manufacturing line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity
• Performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
