As a Mechanic, your key responsibilities will be to perform routine maintenance and DOT inspections, diagnose and repair trucks and heavy equipment, and ensure company fleet and equipment operate safely and efficiently. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing light-duty vehicles, heavy trucks, and construction equipment, or equivalent formal training
  • Experience performing routine maintenance and annual DOT inspections on fleet vehicles
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment ranging from pickup trucks to semi trucks and heavy earth moving
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one
  • Basic computer skills for fleet tracking and maintenance documentation
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment and perform physical tasks required of mechanical work
  • Ability to work based out of the Missoula, MT shop with intermittent travel
