About The Position

This position is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, with variable hours from Monday to Friday. The primary responsibilities include the inspection, service, and repair of all occupied portions of the physical plant serviced by the maintenance department. Candidates must successfully pass an AHCA Level 2 screening to qualify for this position.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• A journeyman's license in one or more trades with a minimum of four to six years of commercial related trade work experience, or six to eight years of commercial trade work experience without a journeyman's license.
• Preference for three or more years of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Technical education training may substitute for up to two years of work-related experience.
• Valid state of Florida driver's license.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
