As a Mechanic/Tool Technician at Lowe's, you will deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and stocked store. Your responsibilities will include engaging with Pro and DIY customers, ensuring merchandise is ready for customer pick-up, and demonstrating the safe operation of rental and shop tools. You will evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices, making equipment recommendations and ensuring proper maintenance of various systems. Additionally, you will manage the rental and shop tool inventory, provide service to customers in Tool Rental, and handle customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
