About The Position
As a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II at Cox Automotive, you will manage account relationships, maintain effective communications, and ensure customer requirements are met. You will work with commercial clients to relay information regarding the condition of their cars and obtain required approvals for reconditioning and repairs. Your role will involve coordinating work with the mechanic shop to ensure timely repairs and updating clients on progress. You will also review and update condition reports, approve and audit vehicle repair reports, and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value. Additionally, you will respond to customer inquiries, provide quality service, and assist in resolving problems. You will communicate with Lot Operations and Recon departments to ensure appropriate movement of vehicles and timely completion of reconditioning. Your responsibilities will also include preparing sale vehicle run processes, ordering and accounting for keys, and ensuring vehicles are ready for sale. Safety is a priority, and you will be expected to follow all safety procedures and participate in safety activities.
