We offer competitive compensation and a supportive work environment, including: Starting Pay: $34.32−$34.32−$39.57 per hour, based on experience Shift Premium: Earn an additional $1.50 per hour for 3rd shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a 2/2/3 rotation – NO SWING SHIFTS Overtime Opportunities Quarterly Bonus Potential Comprehensive Benefits Package available after 30 days of employment Growth Opportunities On-Site Company Store featuring Nestlé products Position Summary As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for: Performing predictive, preventative, and emergency maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment Keeping accurate records, including equipment logs and reports, using computerized maintenance systems Conducting pre-startup reviews, preventative maintenance, rebuilds, troubleshooting, and other assigned tasks We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and abilities: Conducting pre-startup reviews Performing preventative maintenance and greasing Executing equipment removal and installation Maintaining computerized documentation for PM01 and PM02s Collaborating closely with equipment operators Troubleshooting emergency equipment failures and performing repairs Adhering to all plant rules and policies, including safety and GMP regulations Demonstrating a willingness to perform other duties as assigned Thriving in a team-based environment

Requirements

  • Conducting pre-startup reviews
  • Performing preventative maintenance and greasing
  • Executing equipment removal and installation
  • Maintaining computerized documentation for PM01 and PM02s
  • Collaborating closely with equipment operators
  • Troubleshooting emergency equipment failures and performing repairs
  • Adhering to all plant rules and policies, including safety and GMP regulations
  • Demonstrating a willingness to perform other duties as assigned
  • Thriving in a team-based environment
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with groups of customers or employees
  • Commitment to safety, GMP regulations, and good housekeeping practices
