About The Position

Qualified candidates will need a broad background in auto, truck, & tractor repair and diagnostics. Must be able to accurately diagnose and complete repairs in an efficient and timely manner. Tractor repairs include brakes, clutches, front end, minor engine repair, starting and charging systems. Perform auto repairs and maintenance. Suggest solutions to avoid downtime and always practice safe work habits. Communicate with Farm Foremen as needed on the status of work in progress. Keep accurate and up to date service records.

Requirements

• Knowledge of common auto, truck, tractor repair is required
• Ability to complete repairs on a wide variety of equipment.
• Valid PA Driver’s License with an insurable driving history.
• Must communicate well and be able to provide information for project specifications.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (lifting up to 75+ lbs., bending, climbing, standing for duration of shift, etc.).
• A Driver's License is required.
• Effectively read, write & understand verbal instructions in English.

Nice To Haves

• Basic welding and fabrication skills would be a plus but not required.
• CDL A or B preferred.
