Mechanic / Lube Technician
About The Position
Frontier Environmental Services is hiring a dependable Mechanic / Lube Technician to perform preventive maintenance and light repairs on our construction equipment and fleet vehicles. This is a field-based role for someone who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and reliably. Requirements
- 1–3 years mechanic or PM experience (construction/heavy truck preferred)
- Ability to meet all DOT requirements (drug/background checks)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and comfort working outdoors year-round
- Ability to pass DOT drug test & criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Travel to job sites to service company-owned and rental equipment
- Perform oil, lube & filter changes, PM inspections, and light repairs
- Diagnose basic issues and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain accurate service records and equipment reports
