About The Position
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment. Assists in the installation of facilities equipment.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
- Professional Certification in one of the following: EPA Certified in refrigerant recovery, Journeyman or Master Plumber, Medical Gas Certification, First or Second Class Boiler Operator (Statrionary Engineer).
- 2 years in building operations and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with people in a professional and courteous manner and to deal effectively with stressful situations.
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in engineering technologies.
- 2 years of work experience using professional certification.
