About The Position
Responsible for overall maintenance and repair of compressors and engines in the field and in the shop.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Rebuild: engines, compressors, and all accessories such as water pumps, cylinder heads, oil pumps, etc.
- Travel to field locations to make repairs on-site
- Maintain inventory on parts and supplies
- Keep engines tuned up and compressors moving the required gas volumes
- Keep units clean by fixing leaks and washing units
- Perform necessary emissions related repairs and testing
- Assist other mechanics in completing larger tasks
