About The Position
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment. Assists in the installation of facilities equipment.
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent
- Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with FLH Policy
- Two years in building operations and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations.
- Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in engineering technologies.
- Boiler operation certification or experience.
