The Mechanic II is responsible for the maintenance tasks that may be preventive or corrective in nature. Employee must demonstrate a high level of mechanical ability in a variety of different tasks requiring knowledge in electrical, HVAC, steam, medical gases, pneumatic, plumbing and alarm systems. Other responsibilities include assisting with routine tests. fire alarm, sprinkler drop tests, Emergency generator load test, emergency battery lighting test, line isolation test and new equipment inspections.
