Job Summary  Primary job site located in Morgantown or Clarksburg, WV. The ideal candidate will perform all maintenance functions necessary to maintain all operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools and equipment including mobile equipment as required. Operates equipment in conjunction with repairs and provides assistance in operating functions as necessary to maintain continuity of operations. May work alone, with minimal supervision or with other technicians and coordinates and works in conjunction with operating team members in the performance of maintenance tasks.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma / equivalent
  • 3 years or more maintenance experience (Level II) 
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license 
  • Must have experience in the mechanical field relating to minor repairs all the way to total major rebuilds on systems and related equipment 
  • Strong safety experience 
  • Ability to start and stop all equipment 
  • Able to lead team through major maintenance activities 
  • Assist in developing Gas Handling procedure 
  • Ability to schedule PM and ensure necessary parts and supplies are available 
  • Use experience to recommend compressor configurations for operational optimization 
  • Complete CAT Engine Training 
  • Complete Ariel Mechanic training 
  • Recommend improvements for operational efficiency 
  • Interact and provide support to Engineering and Project management on designs 
  • Assist and implement Continuous Improvement and recommend changes for operational efficiencies 
  • Leads projects and upgrades 
  • Ability to work in a team orientated atmosphere 
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve results through people, technology and processing equipment 
  • Good knowledge of the assigned area(s) of responsibility 
  • Ability to function within a matrix organization where employees report to both a functional leader and a business leader 
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with both a functional and business leader 
  • Must be goal oriented 
  • Must be able to work on-call rotation schedule
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, coworkers, and management
