The individual will be responsible for maintaining athletic fields, playgrounds, and other outdoor facilities by performing tasks such as field lining, turf care, irrigation system checks, and snow removal. In addition, the position includes providing mechanical support to ensure the optimal performance of ground equipment, conducting basic repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery. The role requires working closely with other maintenance staff, responding to maintenance requests, and assisting with general repairs as needed for athletic complexes, playgrounds, and other areas. The position also requires ensuring proper operation of delivery trucks, managing supplies, and handling equipment used for ground maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, an ability to work in a team, and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
