About The Position

Support and maintain our diverse fleet of ground support equipment (GSE), including pushbacks, tugs, belt loaders, de-ice trucks, Lav/water trucks, stairs, and specialty vehicles. This role focuses on fueling, fluid checks, cleaning, and assisting GSE Technicians, providing hands-on experience with aircraft support equipment.
Growth Opportunities:
Gain hands-on experience with diesel, gasoline, and automotive GSE.
Learn preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
Opportunity to progress to Level II – Experienced Fleet Technician.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude or prior automotive/fleet experience (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (reasonable accommodations considered).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and maintain diesel- and gasoline-powered GSE, including de-ice trucks.
• Check and top off fluids, including oil, hydraulics, and coolant.
• Assist GSE Technicians with routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Clean equipment cabs, engines, and compartments.
• Operate basic GSE under supervision (does not include aircraft de-icing operations).
• Report equipment issues promptly and accurately.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
