About The Position

Under the direction of the manager and facilities director, this position responds to all general maintenance service calls. Responds to maintenance service calls in a timely manner. Fills out maintenance request forms when the task is complete and turns them in to the R.A. C.E. Crew Chief. General repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and all other public area work requests. Possesses a high level of attention to detail as it pertains to front-of-house areas. Knowledge of maintenance as it relates to furniture, painting, wall covering, lighting, plumbing, and flooring. Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate. Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times. Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility. Performs all other related and compatible/non-compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or technical certificate as well as a minimum of three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • The candidate must possess or be able to obtain a valid New Jersey casino service registration.
