Nucar Honda of Norwood is looking for a dedicated and reliable Automotive Service Technician to join our busy, growing dealership team. Whether you're just starting out in the automotive industry or have some experience under your belt, we want to hear from you! We are a high-volume dealership located in a convenient, easily accessible area in a shop equipped with heat and AC. Requirements
- Experience as an automotive technician is preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply - we offer training!
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Possess general mechanical skills and aptitude, and manual dexterity for the use of hand and power tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (must have an acceptable driving record as established by the company's insurance provider)
Responsibilities
- Perform general vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire replacements, and other basic services
- Conduct diagnostics and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
