About The Position
Drexel University's Facilities Management Department is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Union Plumber / Multi-skilled Maintenance employee. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks across the campus, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operational. The role requires responding to service calls for general building maintenance items, which will include work in classrooms, restrooms, and occasionally residence halls, athletic facilities, and outdoor work. The candidate will be responsible for clearing and unclogging drains, repairing leaks, and addressing various repair requests for doors, windows, roofs, electrical systems, plumbing, furnishings, locks, safety protection, and other items as required. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
