About The Position

The person in this position is responsible for keeping the building in good, working condition and the machinery under their charge in efficient, running order, making repairs as necessary on the following:

Boilers
Boiler room equipment
All refrigeration machines and equipment
Air Compressor
CO2 and equipment
NH3 and equipment
Water Softeners
All heat exchangers and equipment
Steam heat and equipment
HVAC equipment
All pumping equipment to include piping

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• keeping the building in good, working condition
• keeping the machinery under their charge in efficient, running order
• making repairs as necessary on Boilers
• making repairs as necessary on Boiler room equipment
• making repairs as necessary on All refrigeration machines and equipment
• making repairs as necessary on Air Compressor
• making repairs as necessary on CO2 and equipment
• making repairs as necessary on NH3 and equipment
• making repairs as necessary on Water Softeners
• making repairs as necessary on All heat exchangers and equipment
• making repairs as necessary on Steam heat and equipment
• making repairs as necessary on HVAC equipment
• making repairs as necessary on All pumping equipment to include piping
