Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience with mechanics/wrenching
- Self-motivated and able to keep up in fast paced setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to receive constructive criticism
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventative maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles and equipment (brakes, oil changes, greasing, etc.)
- Assist lead mechanics with in-depth repairs
- Complete assignments efficiently and with accuracy
- Responsible for keeping the mechanics bay neat and organized
- Assist with maintaining the inventory of parts and supplies
- Participate in on-the-job training as needed
