About The Position
The Cyclean® Engine Wash service by Certified Aviation Services (CAS) is a specialized maintenance solution designed to enhance the performance and longevity of aircraft engines. Developed and patented by Lufthansa Technik, this service focuses on lowering the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) of engines, which in turn extends engine on-wing time and reduces fuel consumption. The result is a lower emissions profile, contributing to environmental protection. CAS offers the Cyclean® Engine Wash service in collaboration with Lufthansa Technik, ensuring that all services are completed according to the aircraft maintenance manual (AMM) or time-saving engineering order (EO). This service is particularly beneficial for military aircraft, such as the C-17 Globemaster III, which operates from unpaved runways and requires additional washes to maintain performance and reliability.
