Description Detailed Description: Monitors the operation of equipment during pumping activities and performs necessary repairs. Ensures compliance with workplace safety, environmental standards, national safety codes, NexTier, and client policies and regulations. Demonstrates proper driving techniques for applicable DOT vehicles. Obtains required certifications and licenses. Learns basic auxiliary equipment involved in maintenance operations. Maintains a consistent focus on service, quality, and safety. Reads diagrams and schematics for work procedures. Operates hoists and lift devices to position machinery safely. Performs routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs on company assets. Lubricates, services, diagnoses, repairs, assembles, and maintains vehicles and other equipment. Stays updated on changes to industry standards. Ensures completed work passes safety inspections. Verifies that equipment is DOT compliant following repairs. Performs additional duties as assigned. The Mechanic plays a vital role in maintaining equipment safety and efficiency while adhering to industry and company standards. This position requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.
