The position involves monitoring the operation of equipment during pumping activities and making repairs as needed. The individual will ensure continual compliance with all workplace safety, environmental, national safety code, NexTier, as well as client policies and regulations. Proper driving techniques in applicable DOT vehicles are essential, along with obtaining any necessary certifications and licenses. The role requires learning about basic auxiliary equipment involved in maintenance operations and maintaining a continued focus on service, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include reading diagrams and schematics for work procedures, operating a hoist and lift device to position machinery safely, and performing routine maintenance and non-routine repairs on all company assets. The individual will lubricate, service, diagnose, repair, assemble, and maintain vehicles, keeping abreast of changes to industry standards. Work will be safety inspected and checked upon completion, and it is crucial to verify that all equipment is DOT compliant after repairs. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
