About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining an Action Item List (punch list), confirming that all components are in place and installed according to the system's drawings, and verifying that units are to elevation and installed straight and level. You will ensure that supports and hangers are plumb and secure, check for loose or missing hardware, and confirm that the belt path and tension are correct and tracking accurately. Additionally, you will learn accurate product tracking and perform low-volume tests with various carton sizes to check for dead zones, catch points, and product/edge tracking. Your responsibilities will also include installing, running in, and fixing equipment.

• Perform detailed model-specific static and multifaceted checks of mechanical components
• Utilize and fill out model-specific checklists
• Generate and maintain an action item list based on inspections
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks
