About The Position

The Mebane PT Hub Supervisor position is responsible for supervising Package Handlers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and fostering a productive work environment. This role emphasizes leadership, employee development, and maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service within the organization.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Package Handlers and ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with a focus on employee involvement and communication.
