JOB SUMMARY:
The Meat Wrapper must provide a high level of customer service and practice safe
food handling procedures and performs a variety of tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent required
• Experience working in a meat department, a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to properly communicate with co-workers and customers
• Ability to follow the positions responsibilities and guidelines
• Multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Stocks and merchandises both the fresh and frozen cases
• Prices products
• Ensures product's quality, protections, accuracy and proper rotation in coolers
• Rewraps meat packages, as needed
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
• Ensures great customer service
• Maintains clean and organized pork rinds rack
• Keeps meat displays clean and presentable
• Stores cleaning supplies properly
• Advertises department products
