About The Position

The position primarily focuses on servicing and dispatching customers while providing product information. Requirements

• Ability to read at an eighth-grade level.
• Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
• Knowledge of weight measurements.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Service and dispatch customers, providing product information.
• Organize and clean the display cases of the meat market.
• Prepare a variety of marinades.
• Clean the meat market area, including the carnitas preparation area and freezers.
• Give rotation to products in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Arrange merchandise and keep inventory control.
• Optimize sales.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards.
• Report faulty equipment and hazards to management.
• Perform any other task assigned by the store manager.
