Primary Duties and Responsibilities 1. Primary focus to service and dispatch the customers, providing product information. 2. Organize and clean the display cases of the meat market. 3. Prepare a variety of marinades. 4. Clean the meat market area, including the carnitas preparation area and freezers. 5. Give rotation to products in the refrigerator or freezer. 6. Arrange merchandise and keep inventory control. 7. Optimize sales. 8. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 9. Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards. 10. Report faulty equipment and hazards to management. 11. PERFORM ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGNED BY THE STORE MANAGER. Minimum Requirements: 1. Ability to read at an eighth-grade level. 2. Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division 3. Knowledge of the weight measurements. 4. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
