About The Position
The primary focus of this position is to service and dispatch customers while providing them with product information. The role involves organizing and cleaning the display cases of the meat market, preparing a variety of marinades, and maintaining cleanliness in the meat market area, including the carnitas preparation area and freezers. Responsibilities also include giving rotation to products in the refrigerator or freezer, arranging merchandise, and keeping inventory control to optimize sales. The position requires working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and ensuring that the work area is clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards. Additionally, reporting faulty equipment and hazards to management is essential.
