The Mgr, Meat & Seafood is responsible for managing the daily operations of meat and seafood departments, increasing customer confidence and loyalty by promoting and executing consistent and compliant operating conditions. This role involves providing fresh and appealing products, courteous service, and executing merchandising plans. The manager will teach, coach, and train meat cutters on standards and trim specifications, ensuring accountability for fresh meat cutting standards and product quality. This is a working management position that requires a balance of physical labor, delegation, team building, leadership, planning, and administrative work.
