The Mgr, Meat & Seafood position manages the daily operations of meat and seafood departments, increasing customer confidence and loyalty by promoting and executing consistent and compliant operating conditions. This role is accountable for providing fresh and appealing products, courteous service, and executing merchandising plans. The position requires teaching, coaching, and training meat cutters on standards and trim specifications, maintaining core assortment and meat case flow-gram, and balancing physical labor with delegation, team building, leadership, planning, and administrative work.
