Requirements

3+ years of USDA production leadership experience.
Proficient in yield management
Basic computer knowledge.
You are required to provide your most recent employment experience for your application to be considered complete.
To demonstrate our commitment to our partnership, we will require any candidate who works for a Halperns' Steak & Seafood customer to provide a letter of support from their management if they are selected for the interview process.

Responsibilities

Manages Pork and Beef line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage.
Ensures all raw material employees are properly scanning boxes and using proper PPE.
Communicates with Production Manager on staffing needs.
Works with peers to ensure production flow remains efficient.
Enforces company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
