Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with the operation of packaging equipment would be ideal but willing to train successful candidate
  • Ability to record production information on paper forms
  • Must be flexible to work a combination of shifts start times

Responsibilities

  • To set-up and operate packaging line equipment and machinery
  • To case pack sealed trays of meat product
  • To record Production and QA data which includes but is not limited to: Lot #’s, production totals, equipment downtime etc.
  • To assist in other meat processing and packing tasks as required
  • To ensure that the safety and sanitation of the production facility meet Company policies and standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.
