About The Position

The Meat/Produce Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fresh area in a Walmart Neighborhood Market, ensuring that products are fully stocked, rotated, and displayed according to food safety standards. This role involves managing the team to maintain the quality and presentation of meat and produce throughout the day, while also ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role or relevant experience in retail or grocery operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a grocery or retail environment, particularly in meat or produce departments.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Meat/Produce team to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure the Fresh area is fully stocked and products are rotated properly.
• Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee the presentation and organization of Fresh displays throughout the day.
• Assist in moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
