About The Position

The Meat/Produce Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Fresh area in a Walmart Supercenter, ensuring that products are fully stocked, rotated, and meet food safety standards. This role involves maintaining Fresh displays and managing the team to ensure efficient operations throughout the day.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role or relevant experience in retail or grocery operations.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the meat or produce department of a grocery store.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Meat/Produce associates to ensure proper stocking and rotation of products.
• Maintain food safety standards in the Fresh area.
• Ensure Fresh displays are well-maintained and organized throughout the day.
• Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance as needed.
