About The Position

This position involves completing a 4-12 week training program, with internal training lasting 4-6 weeks and external training lasting 8-12 weeks, in preparation for a department manager role. The selected candidate will travel within the division to train and provide relief as needed. The focus will be on creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and establishing a safe and clean environment that encourages customer return. The role also includes achieving sales and profit goals for the department while monitoring and controlling all established quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 4-12 week training program in preparation for a department manager position.

• Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Monitor and control all established quality assurance standards.
• Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department.
• Support the day-to-day functions of the Meat/Seafood operations.
• Encourage associates to deliver excellent customer service.
