About The Position

In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of meat operations—from cutting and merchandising to inventory control and food safety. You’ll manage a team, ensure proper product rotation and storage, and maintain a clean, organized workspace that reflects our high standards. Whether you’re assisting a customer with a special cut or mentoring staff on best practices, you’ll be perfecting the art of fresh every day. If you have experience in meat cutting or meat department management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-quality products, we’d love to have you on our team!
