About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Case Ready Meat Manager to oversee our meat department operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production, packaging, and presentation of case ready meat products, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the case ready meat department, including production scheduling and inventory management.
• Ensure all meat products meet quality standards and are presented attractively for customers.
• Supervise and train staff in meat processing, packaging, and safety procedures.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality meat products.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and pricing strategies.
• Implement and maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the meat department.
