Position Purpose: Cuts and visually inspects boneless meats (beef, veal, lamb, pork, chicken and turkey) to be ground. The product will then be made into patties or placed in bulk packaging based on customer preferences. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing tools to ensure all safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met. Maintains an efficient flow of product through the grinding production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
