About The Position
Food City is seeking a dedicated individual for the position responsible for cutting and merchandising all fresh meat. The role involves assisting in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products, grinding and slicing meat, and organizing the cooler arrangement. The individual will also be responsible for product rotation, maintaining the cleanliness of display cases, and ensuring good code dates on all products. The work station must be kept neat and clean, and the department should be sanitized and disinfected twice a day. Providing efficient and courteous service to customers and assisting in enforcing the company HACCP program are also key responsibilities.
