Responsibilities
- Cuts meat according to product specifications and time standards.
- Manages meat production and rotation.
- Assists with unloading trucks and stocking inventory.
- Assists the cook as needed.
- Ensures safe food practices.
- Cleans and sanitizes the meat room and equipment.
