The Meat Cutter role involves receiving, rotating, cutting, wrapping, and merchandising fresh and processed meats, including grinds. This position also assists in the merchandising of seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli items, and in the rotisserie chicken area and full-service deli. Meat Cutters assist in meat selection and prepare special meat arrangements for Members, while maintaining all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department. Team members are expected to carry out assigned job functions, support club policies, strive for flawless execution, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work collaboratively, move with speed and agility, innovate, adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also responsible for delivering service excellence to members, resolving concerns, and upholding GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate; Fast, Friendly; Full, Fresh, Clean) and Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, all items stocked, accurate signage, clean and organized). Additionally, team members should understand how to access and interpret production and financial performance reporting for their department.
