Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Fill the display case and make the necessary separations of the different products (dairy, seafood, chicken and meat). 2. Prepare marinades. 3. Make chicharrón, barbacoa y carnitas. Make different cuts of meat (Mexico / U.S.). 5. Manage inventory. 6. Manage temperatures. 7. Apply health standards. 8. Clean the meat market area in general, including freezers. 9. Optimize sales. 10. Keep the freezer clean and organized. 11. Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. 12. Keep work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards. 13. Report faulty equipment and hazards to management. 14. PERFORM ANY OTHER TASK ASSIGNED BY THE STORE MANAGER.
