About The Position
The Meat Cutter at Houchens Food Group is responsible for the meat operation, which includes preparing, storing, cutting, cleaning, and serving meat. This position requires monitoring food distribution, ensuring guidelines are followed, and maintaining cleanliness in the meat department. The Meat Cutter will also assist in inventory management and ensure proper safety procedures are adhered to.
