About The Position

The MEAT/CUTTER CLERK is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and maintaining a safe and clean environment. This role assists the department manager in achieving sales and profit goals and monitors quality assurance standards. The clerk is expected to embrace the Customer 1st strategy and encourage excellent customer service, while demonstrating the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Smith’s Food and Drug, merged with The Kroger Company in 1998, serves customers in over 140 stores across multiple states.
