About The Position
Food City is seeking a dedicated individual for the position responsible for cutting and merchandising of all fresh meat. The role includes assisting in ordering, receiving, and displaying all products, grinding and slicing meat, and organizing the cooler arrangement. The individual will also be responsible for product rotation, maintaining the cleanliness of display cases, and ensuring good code dates on all products. The department must be sanitized and disinfected twice a day, and providing efficient and courteous service to customers is essential. Additionally, the role involves assisting in enforcing and maintaining the company HACCP program.
