OVERVIEW & PURPOSE We are looking for a Meat Cutter to break down carcasses and fabricate into retail cuts that exceed customer expectations. The Meat Cutter reports directly to the Room Lead. A successful candidate will be a team player who is reliable and understands their dependability is important for the team’s success.
