OVERVIEW & PURPOSE We are looking for a Meat Cutter to break down carcasses and fabricate into retail cuts that exceed customer expectations. The Meat Cutter reports directly to the Room Lead. A successful candidate will be a team player who is reliable and understands their dependability is important for the team’s success.

  • Good hand-eye coordination

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
  • Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not a requirement. We encourage those with grocery store or restaurant meat cutting experience to apply as well as those who have worked in a meat processing facility. We are happy to train people who are excited to learn a new career as well.

  • Help Monitor All Daily Logs & Records
  • Maintain Organization
  • Inspect Packaging to Ensure Labeling Requirements are met

  • Assist as Needed in Plant Operations
