Your Role We're looking for a skilled meat cutter to join our team. Are you detail-oriented, a hard worker, and love to interact with people? Requirements

Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and cuts.
Maintain a current food worker card
Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extending periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

Participate in our meat cutter apprentice program, complete all modules.
Greet and speak to customers, answer questions, help locate items, and provide recommendations.
Cut, trim, prepare, and package meats for sale.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Ensure displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
Weigh, package, label, price, and display products.
Perform quality inspections on meats and other products.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation controls.
Unload deliveries or order pickups.
Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
