The Meat Clerk is responsible for receiving, rotating, wrapping, and merchandising fresh and processed meats, and assisting with seafood, rotisserie chickens, prepared foods, and cheeses. This role involves providing assistance to Members by answering questions and recommending products, and maintaining all cleaning and safety standards within the meat department. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions with honesty and integrity, prioritize member satisfaction, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace diversity, work collaboratively, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, adhere to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate, Fast, Friendly, Full, Fresh, Clean) and Club Standards (Grand opening look daily, stocked items, accurate signage, clean and organized club), and understand departmental performance reporting to positively impact the business.
